The sale of the real property pursuant to the Bidding Procedures is sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS”, AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND with regard to the physical condition of the premises. Premises will be vacant at closing.
